- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient administrative processes.
- Accounting Support: Assist in managing financial records, including invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciliation of accounts using accounting software.
- Google Sheets Proficiency: Create, maintain, and analyze spreadsheets for various administrative tasks, data tracking, and reporting purposes.
- IT Hardware Management: Coordinate the procurement, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT hardware, ensuring all equipment is operational and up-to-date.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, handling inquiries and directing them appropriately.
- Documentation: Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval of documents.
- Support to Management: Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and data protection standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and accounting software.
- Basic knowledge of IT hardware setup and maintenance.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
