-**Key Responsibilities**:

- Executive Support & Office Administration**: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth functioning of office services, supplies, and equipment. Handle office logistics, including maintenance coordination and workspace management.
**- Document Management**: Prepare, proofread, and format documents, reports, and presentations for senior management, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
**- Meeting Coordination**:Organize and coordinate meetings, including setting up conference rooms, preparing materials, and assisting with technical setups for presentations.
**- Reception Duties**: Oversee reception area and ensure that all visitors are greeted and directed appropriately. Manage incoming calls, mail, and other correspondence.
**- Staff Supervision**: Oversee junior administrative staff, including office assistants, to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and organized manner.
**- Office Maintenance and Cleanliness**: Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and presentable at all times, coordinating with cleaning services and maintenance staff.
**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience: 1** years of experience in an administrative or office management role _(Freshers may apply)_.

- Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willingness to learn new tools and office management software as needed.
**- Organizational Skills**: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle complex administrative tasks with mínimal supervision.
