Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
Understand client needs and preferences to match them with suitable land options.
Negotiation and Sales:
Present and market land parcels to potential buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
Close sales by effectively addressing client concerns and finalizing terms.
Networking and Promotion:
Attend industry events, community meetings, and networking functions to generate leads and promote properties.
Utilize social media and online platforms to market and advertise land listings.
Qualifications:
Fresher
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
