Appointment Setter

**Job Overview**:
The Appointment Generation Executive is responsible for identifying potential leads, initiating contact, and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team. This role plays a key part in the sales process by helping drive revenue through effective lead generation and appointment setting.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs, interests, and pain points to determine fit.
- Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and sales representatives.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead quality and pipeline.
- Track and meet/exceed weekly and monthly targets for scheduled appointments.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects in CRM systems.
- Provide feedback to sales and marketing teams on lead quality and potential improvements.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 1-2 years of experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or telemarketing (preferable).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to meet targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
