We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven **Appointment Setter (B2B)** to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, engaging with decision-makers, and scheduling meetings for our sales team to close deals. You will work in a fast-paced environment, reaching out to decision-makers at businesses to generate interest and secure appointments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Conduct cold and warm calls to businesses, introducing our products/services, and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team.
- **Lead Qualification**: Identify and qualify potential leads by understanding their business needs and challenges.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Use CRM software to manage leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
- **Follow-up**: Ensure timely follow-up on leads and maintain relationships with prospects until they are ready for an appointment.
- **Communication**: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and a smooth customer experience.
- **Tracking & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, appointments, and outcomes in the CRM system. Provide regular reports on progress and success rates.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in **B2B appointment setting** or sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle objections and remain persistent while maintaining a professional attitude.
- Comfortable using CRM software and other tools for managing leads.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the industry related to the product/service being sold.
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes and decision-making hierarchies.
- Proficiency with CRM software like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
