**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Managing day-to-day, monthly, quarterly and annual accounts for the company
- Internal and external follow-ups for payments
- Raise invoices
- Update client billables sheet
- Reconcile expenses - Employees, Vendors
- Update payments to vendors & notify them
- Follow up for payments - ongoing
- Any admin tasks - inventory management and ordering
- Vendor management
- Keep track of contracts - barely once a quarter

**Requirements**:

- 1 - 3 years of experience in Accounts & Admin and operations responsibilities
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects aimed at raising productivity
- Excellent Communication Skills - written and verbal
- Basic knowledge of AI / LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Bard, Writesonic and so on (further training will be provided by the Company).
- Kindness, openness and initiative in dealing with employees' requests
- Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint/Macros/MIS
- Experience in vendor management, office management and admin activities.
- Knowledge of tools and platforms such as Zoho,BAS & so on will be preferred
- Should be willing to travel to the company’s offices, when required

**Location**:Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
