Reservations Assistant

**Job description**
Assign specific mails to concerned departments.
Optimisation and hygiene of mails.
Prompt Response to the Partner mails.
**B: Whatsapp**Quick response to customer enquiries.
Promoting website links, offers and packages to the guests.
Automation of messages to improve the response time and user-friendly assistance.
Analysis of whatsapp data with the reservation team to increase in the generating revenue.
Conversion of hot leads into sales.
**C: OTA Channels**Prompt response to partner mails.
Reservation updates
- change of dates/ Payment Updates.
Improving prepayment of reservations
- Confirmations.
Process quick refunds and updates.
Notifying/ Forward the concerned updates to specific team/person.
Updation on Weekly Reports.
**D: IVR**Crisp communication and information to customers.
Improving in the connected calls and conversion time.
Redirecting client calls to the properties.
Inter
- Departmental communications.
Data-driven information to the concerned department.
Increase TAT.
Increase direct sales.
**Salary:
- 15000 Rs/-+3600(PF) for first 3 months.Depending upon the performance salary will be hiked.**
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
