The person playing this role would be responsible for Assisting - Managing Director in all required aspects.
**Job Description / Key Responsibility**
- Assisting Managing Director. Utilizing discretion and judgment at all times in dealing with executive direct reportees and board members, as well as communication with customers and vendors.
- Handle complex travel arrangements. Become familiar with the specific, detailed needs of the MD and travel partners; creates consistent travel itinerary portfolios for reference and be available during travel times to quickly address any last-minute changes or cancellations.
- Dealing with a variety of ah-hoc queries and requests from across the business and facilitating general administrative duties.
- Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
- Expenses tracking
- Conferences registration
- Staff meeting minutes
- Arrange client lunches and dinners
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
- Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
**Requirements**:
- A bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business or a related field preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
- Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Outstanding written, communication and selling skills
- Strong commitment to sales and service with good interpersonal skills, initiative and follow through
- Great communication skills are a must.
