**Job Purpose**
- To drive sales for various products of the Payments Business viz., Credit Cards / Debit Cards / Pre-Paid Cards/ Fast Tag Cards / Merchant Acquisitions and all other allied products
- To actively participate and contribute in development and implementation of new sales processes for Credit Card issuance and other payment products.
- Assist and support in running digital campaigns to achieve the overall Sales Budget of 6 million Cards assigned for the year to the business.
- Digitally driving Credit card as a X Sell / Bundle products from Assets and Liabilities Sales teams, Insurance products, Lending Products and so on to the existing portfolio customers as well as in the new Acquisitions.
- Be instrumental in the design and Integration of Credit Card Cross Sell journeys into the Personal Loan / Business Loan / Consumer Durable Loan Journeys and other Digital Asset journeys.
- To ensuring every eligible asset customer is offered a credit card at the disbursal stage of the digital loan journey.

Responsible for increasing the percentage of credit card bundling at loan disbursal stage. This position will closely work with Asset Product Teams Seniors, AFU, IT, BSG, CPA and Asset Sales team.

It also involves driving the key parameters of “Activation & Penetration” in order to achieve the ultimate objective of “Higher Spends” & “Higher ENR” along with “Higher Market share” in line with the objective laid down by MD / Group head / FH & NSM.

**Strategic Planning and Vision**
- Explore New Markets & Customer Segments to maximize the Issuance opportunity.
- Devise Sales strategies that help optimize business performance and ensure execution of the same.
- Business Growth and Trend Analysis including Budgeting and Forecasting.
- Opportunity Scoping and Drive New Initiatives that help the overall Bank and the Business.
- Taking care of all the co-brand initiatives
- Long Term Planning to Achieve long term Business Growth.
- Drive P & L and Profitability on a sustainable basis.

Develop competent Sales policies, procedures and processes.
- **Sales Management**:

- Driving Key Business Objectives through the Credit Cards Sales and Alternate Channels digitally.
- To Achieve Fincon / Sales Budgets of Cards Issuance
- Review performance and Plan progress. Take corrective action wherever required.
- Plan Business Growth and Projections.
- SWOT Analysis and corrective action there-of

Build positive working relationship and culture with Alternate Channels and Stakeholders.
- **Cost Management and Cross-Sell**
- COA management for the business
- To drive cross sell to manage the cost effectively
- Influencing Cards Activation and usage

Driving KO’s and other key initiatives
