**Job Purpose**:
The Office Assistant will be responsible to serve directors in all administrative work of co. The Office Assistant will report to director and will be point of contact between employees and director. The Office Assistant will take care of daily basis office related decision and maintain professional environment in a co.

**Responsibilities**:

- The Office Assistant has to answer incoming enquiry via mail,phones and direct visit of client in our office. Daily followup with excisting parties daily around 45 parties
- The Office Assistant will be responsible for maintaining, documenting all enquiry data.
- The Office Assistant will be fully responsible for all the bank transaction on daily basis.
- The Office Assistant will act as the important point of contact between employees and director. This includes handling the staff document.
- The Office Assistant will be responsible for machines maintenance work and IT related licences.
- The Office Assistant will hold discussions with clients, identify & analyse the gaps and recommend product, handle the documentation and create an execution plan for the agreed scope of work.
- The Office Assistant has to take the approval on execution plan from director for major decision.
- The Office Assistant has to enter relevant data into system and retrieve whenever demanded.
- The Office Assistant will be responsible for maintaining office work station clean.
- He/She must undertake any other task assigned by Co’s management.
