**Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming calls and provide information to customers or route calls to appropriate personnel.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Assist in scheduling appointments or meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Handle basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in customer service or telemarketing preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,840.79 per month
