Office Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Make & receive phone calls to client in a professional manner and explain our products/services
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings and outdoor work
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, printing, and data entry
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Help with special projects and events as needed to team members
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
