**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calls**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided contact lists or databases.
- Explain product or service offerings and answer customer inquiries.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
- **Inbound Calls**:
- Respond to customer calls and provide information on products/services.
- Convert inbound inquiries into sales or generate leads.
- **Lead Generation**:
- Identify new business opportunities and gather contact information.
- Update customer contact information in databases.
- **Sales Goals**:
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Maintain a database of existing and potential customers.
- Follow up with customers regularly for cross-selling, upselling, or retention purposes.
- **Reporting**:
- Keep detailed records of calls, sales, and customer information.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to supervisors.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
- Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle objections.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills.

- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
