Are you passionate about the automobile industry and have a knack for driving business growth? We're looking for dynamic individuals with 3-6 years of experience in an automobile dealership to join our team.**What You'll Do**:

- Drive business numbers and achieve sales revenue targets. Ensure profitability through vehicle sales and Value-Added Services (VAS) target achievement. Maintain 100% compliance with sales standard operating procedures. Generate and manage customer enquiries, leading to successful order generation. Deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure customer satisfaction. Manage customer life cycles to foster repeat business. Collaborate with your team to achieve VAS business goals.**What We're Looking For**:

- Integrity and high ethical standards. Strong functional competency with in-depth knowledge and skills in sales. Behavioral competency including fairness, respect, inclusiveness, empathy, and ethical behavior. Comprehensive product knowledge and a proven ability to achieve VAS targets. A focus on customer delight, commercial acumen, and the ability to close sales. Effective sales planning, objection handling, and negotiation skills. A continuous learning orientation to stay ahead in the industry.**Locations**:
