**Position Overview**:
LR Energy is currently seeking a skilled and passionate Marketing Officer to join our team and lead the marketing efforts for our line of organic manure products, including Farm Organic Manure (FOM) and Liquid Farm Organic Manure (LFOM). The Marketing Officer will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote these products, increase sales, and strengthen our brand presence in the agricultural sector

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies specifically tailored for Farm Organic Manure (FOM) and Liquid Farm Organic Manure (LFOM) products.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor activities related to organic farming and fertilizers.
- Expanding & managing dealers/ distributors in the area to improve market penetration & strengthen market position and finding new market segments. Generating activities like farmer meetings, mega campaigns, Demonstrations, FVPs in field. Channel extension, business and increase sales volume.
- Must have handled Brand Sales of Pesticides, Bio Stimulants & Water Soluble Fertilizers. Should have very good rapport with distributors for Sales & Collection.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that marketing efforts align with product features, benefits, and unique selling points.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, product guides, and digital content, to effectively communicate the benefits of FOM and LFOM to farmers and agricultural businesses.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns e.g. Van Campaign and Customer Get-Together, events, and demonstrations to showcase the effectiveness and sustainability of FOM and LFOM products.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, sales data, and customer feedback to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, agricultural associations, and government agencies, to expand distribution networks and foster brand partnerships.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, agriculture, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the agricultural or environmental sector.
- Knowledge of organic farming practices, soil science, and sustainable agriculture principles.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for industry events, customer meetings, and field demonstrations.
