**Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide exceptional customer service
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets
- Develop and execute business plans to increase market share and profitability
- Identify and target potential new clients
- Generate leads through implementing marketing strategies
- Continuously stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and innovations
- Collaborate with other members of the team to achieve shared goals

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales in a B2B environment, with a background in cosmetic regulation preferred
- A strong understanding of the cosmetic regulatory industry and consumer trends
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, friendly, and outgoing personality
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and prospective clients
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
