Sales Executive

**B2B Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to target architects and design professionals for project collaborations.
- **Project Sales**: Cultivate relationships with architects, interior designers, and design firms to secure project contracts.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key architectural clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify architectural and design trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings.
- **Sales Reporting**: Generate and analyse sales reports, performance summaries, and forecasts for management review.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with marketing efforts and product offerings.
- **Contract Negotiation**: Lead negotiations with architectural clients, ensuring favourable terms and mutual benefit for both the client and the company.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather and relay customer feedback to improve products, services, and the sales process.
- **Market Expansion**: Identify and pursue new opportunities and partnerships in the architectural sector.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that sales activities comply with industry regulations and ethical standards.
**Qualifications**:
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An educational background in architecture or a related industry is preferred.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a sales Executive, with a strong background in B2B project sales within the architecture and design industry.
- **Strategic Thinking**: Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- **Client-Centric**: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills for building and maintaining architectural client relationships.
**- Data Analysis**: Proficiency in analyzing sales data and architectural trends for strategic decision-making.
- **Team Collaboration**: Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve collective goals.
**- Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team communication and client interactions.
- **Problem-Solving**: Aptitude for identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
