Chief Executive Assistant

**Responsibilities**
- Calendar Management: Oversee the COO’s schedule, including planning and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when needed.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the COO and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence, phone calls, and meeting agendas.
- Documentation: Prepare, review, and organize reports, presentations, and other essential documents for meetings and strategic initiatives.
- Project Management: Assist in managing key projects, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is tracked.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain the confidentiality of all corporate documents.
- Event Coordination: Organize and manage corporate events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logístical details are handled.
- Operational Support: Assist with operational tasks specific to automotive, marine, E-rickshaw, solar, and inverter battery manufacturing.
- Administrative Support: Perform additional administrative duties as needed, including filing, expense reporting, and office management.
**Qualifications**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience as an executive assistant, with at least 3 years supporting C-level executives in the manufacturing sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion: Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues proactively.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the automotive, marine, E-rickshaw, solar, and inverter battery markets.

- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules, including potential travel requirements.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and manage projects independently.

- Technological Proficiency: Comfortable with using various office technologies and software, and able to quickly learn new systems.
- Discipline: Zero tolerance of noncompliance and a "must get it done no matter what" attitude.
