Chief Executive Assistant

The Chief Executive Assistant (CEA) provides high-level administrative support to the CEO and acts as a liaison between the CEO and other stakeholders. The role involves managing schedules, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing various administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Executive Support**:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
- **Administrative Management**:
- Organize and prioritize the CEO's tasks to ensure efficient time management and task completion.
- Assist in the preparation of board meetings, including agenda preparation, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Ensure all documents and files are well-organized and easily accessible.
- **Project Coordination**:
- Assist in managing special projects as assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely completion and alignment with the organization’s goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information and compile reports for executive decision-making.
- **Communication**:
- Facilitate communication between the CEO and department heads or other executives to maintain alignment across the organization.
- **Travel & Event Management**:
- Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Plan and manage corporate events, meetings, and executive-level functions as needed.
- **Stakeholder Management**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, investors, clients, and external partners.
- Serve as a representative of the CEO in meetings and communications as needed.
- **Problem-Solving & Decision Support**:
- Provide insights and recommendations to the CEO to support decision-making.
- Assist in identifying challenges and opportunities within the organization and propose solutions.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in executive support roles, preferably at the C-suite level.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate the needs of the executive.
**Working Conditions**:
- Full-time role, with the possibility of working outside normal office hours depending on executive needs.
- Some travel may be required.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
