**Activities**
- Product Knowledge
- Salesforce
- Responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users of the Salesforce platform
- Operations Management - User creation requests, Incident management, change request analysis, audit evidence fulfilment
- Project tracking and reporting - Agile / Waterfall
- Coordinating with vendors/partners/internal stakeholders

**Experience and skills**
- Specialized experience in PMO/BA/Operations
- 2 to 4 years
- Good interpersonal skills - requires working with various internal sales stakeholders
- Should have worked in operational role where end user management was the key responsibility
- Experience as a Project Manager/Business Analyst will be an added advantage

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- PMO/BA/Operations: 3 years (required)
