Office Administrator

**Duties include but not limited to**:
Ensuring smooth functioning of facilities and admin operations.
Handling facility fit outs, safety & security of the premises.
Handling couriers, petty cash, cafeteria, purchase and inventory (Stationeries, housekeeping, toiletries etc.)
Liaison with government department as an when required
Monitoring access control logs and CCTV
Coordinating events
Issuance of ID cards
Managing employee cab facilities etc.
**Qualifications**:
Must be a graduate.
Must have minimum 1 year experience in similar role.
Should have good English communication
Should be smart and proactive, must be able to handle the work in minimum supervision.
Should be an immediate joiner
Must have 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler license
**Shift Timings** - 12:00 Noon to 9:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
**Work Location -** Thirumala, Trivandrum
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
