**Job Summary**: The Coordinator role is an exciting opportunity to support the marketing team in developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns and strategies. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with various departments and external vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
1) **Campaign Coordination**:

- Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and effective campaign implementation.
- Monitor campaign progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on results.

2) **Content Creation and Management**:

- Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Ensure content is consistent with brand messaging and guidelines.

3) **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
- Prepare reports and presentations on marketing activities and outcomes for management to review.

4) **Event Coordination**:

- Plan and organize marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site support.
- Manage event promotion through various channels and ensure successful execution.

5) **Social Media Management**:

- Oversee social media accounts, including content scheduling, engagement, and monitoring.
- Develop social media strategies to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies as needed.

6) **Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain marketing databases and track inventory of marketing materials.
- Assist with budgeting and invoicing related to marketing activities.

7) **Brand Management**:

- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Monitor and enforce brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
- Support the development of new branding initiatives and strategies.

8) **Stakeholder Communication**:

- Act as a point of contact for internal teams, external partners, and vendors related to marketing activities.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders to ensure alignment on marketing goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Desired Skills**:

- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office-based with standard working hours.
- May require occasional travel or extended hours depending on event schedules and campaign deadlines.
