**Summary**:
The MIS Coordinator will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive management information system to support the effective delivery of various programs of Concern India Foundation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development of MIS framework for Concern Programs in the area of Education, Health and Community Development.
- Train the teams on the framework and the importance of MIS.
- Support all the project POC in creating customized MIS based on the project outputs and outcomes, and ensure they updates and submits the MIS regularly on a monthly basis to MEAL dept.
- Monitor the MIS for its correctness and run quality checks to ensure accuracy of data.
- Test the MIS and monitoring visit reports through quality checks (qualitative and quantitative) & security.
- Provide support in Monitoring, Data Collection, and Reporting across thematic areas as well as inter departmental coordination.
- Analysing data and generating reports, PPT’s, charts, graphs and tables to provide accurate information to the program team and management.
- Provide technical support in various studies such as baseline, end-line studies evaluation in all projects undertaken by state teams.
- Support in design and administer instruments and assessments (e.g., surveys, focus groups, assessments) required as baseline and/or to monitor program performance - to strengthen the monitoring on ground.
- Cross check the activities with the software undertaken by the projects teams.
- To maintain program expenses and keep all analysis ready as per reporting requirements of organization and donor.
- Support the Associate Director(AD) in providing insight on the project/program performance and attend all project review meets along with AD.
- Visit the field as and when required for quality checks and support evaluations.
- Update the Director Programs on a weekly basis on the project performance, raise red flags in case of any deviance seen in reporting.
- Prepare AGM PPT and annual data for Concern annual reports for the project director to inform the management on the outcomes and impact of the programs across Education, Health and Community Development.
- Undertake appropriate additional responsibilities as assigned by the line manager and Director Program.

**Eligibility and Required Skills**

**Qualification**:
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in information systems, Social Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

5-7 years of relevant experience working with non-profit organizations or in a similar sector.

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in using Monitoring and evaluation tools.
- Knowledge of MIS and data analysis.
- Ability to work in the field, with communities, and in multi-stakeholder processes.
- Proven ability to work with digital data collection and visualization platforms.
- Willingness to travel when required.
- Expertise in analysing data using statistical software.
- Excellent writing and documentation skills.
- Working knowledge of various computer operating systems and interfaces.
