**Job Summary /Objective**:
**Lead Generation**:
**Order Management**:
Responsible for preparing customer proposals/tender documents and fulfilling orders, form identifying customer needs, developing proposals, processing orders to shipment and delivery of orders to the customers.
**Responsibilities and duties**:
- Research and maintain lead generation database
- Conduct customer research. Identifying potential buyers for products/service and enticing them to purchase.
- Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads
- Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations
- Provide accurate and timely information to management
- Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process.
- Follow-up and timely collection of payments.
**Order Management**:
- Review incoming purchase orders and ensure orders conform to policy.
- Coordinate with sales and the customers when purchase order revisions are required
- Enter orders into ERP database in a timely and accurate manner and release for production.
- Coordinate with factory to ensure that entered orders are accepted by factory head
- Keep track on stock availability to complete production on time and meet delivery dates.
- Monitor progress of an order throughout the shipment process.
- Communicate stock availability and order progress on daily basis to sales department.
- Submit and maintain all documentations required to fulfill the orders along with shipments
- Submit reports on daily basis to sales team on stocks, open orders, closed orders, gap analysis and order-to-supply deviation analysis.
- Manage and resolve external and internal queries relating to quote/order status and client account information.
- Experience in crisis management. Interact with manufacturing, marketing, finance, sales and shipping to resolve all issues.
- Research and update customer records
- Evaluate risk factors that impact efficiency
- Manage key accounts through maintaining close contact with stakeholders.
**Skills Required**:
- Excellent English communication (Verbal and written)
- Experience in cold calling
- Experience in research and maintaining database
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and outlook
- Experience in preparing sales reports, Sales reports and trend analysis, Gap analysis, etc., using Pivot, VLOOKUP, and other excel functions.
- Experience in Order Failure analysis.
- Experience in using CRM software
- Strong time and people management skills
- Experience in working with OEM industries is an added advantage.
- **Experience in attending phone calls from internal and external customers irrespective of time, working days and work load.**
- Knowing south Indian languages is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
