We are urgently hiring for **Executive Assistant to CMD.**

Designation **:Executive Assistant to Chairman & Managing Director (EA to CMD).**

Experience **:10 - 15 Years.**

Qualification **:Bachelors/ Masters in Pharma + MBA Desired.**

Location **:Charni Road, Mumbai.**

**Job Description**:
Communicate with the department heads/stakeholders on CMD's behalf and coordinate for high-level meetings internally and externally.

Coordinates meetings and strategic activities with the SLT, The Management Team and external stakeholders.

With a primary responsibility of supporting the CMD, support the executive team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and operations run efficiently.

Assists the CMD with daily administrative duties and completes various administrative tasks, including managing an active calendar of appointments; analyzing various business reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.

Data management and report generation for entire group business units.

Maintain and refine internal processes that support the highest-ranking executives company-wide, coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflow.

Manage communication between upper management and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.

Communicates directly and on behalf of the CMD with Executive Directors, General Managers and other department heads on matters related to new initiatives as directed.

Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the senior executive's priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.

Manage professional scheduling for the CMD, including agendas, Business review arrangements, client management, and other company logistics.

Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings. Prepares an account of the conferences and designates the follows up on assigned action items.

Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management.

Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business.

**Skills Required**:
Minimum 10 years of experience as a personal secretory.
MS Office and English proficiency.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills Discretion and confidentiality.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
