Job Summary

Our Inside - Sales person will be responsible for servicing inquiries that have been generated/received.

This position requires engaging with the customer, understanding their requirement, providing a solution as per their needs and completing the entire sales cycle.

Job Specification:
Minimum of 2 years inside sales experience in a B2B Industry

Attend to inquiries received from our client/generated from different E-commerce platforms, website or by our associate

Generate new inquiries through calling new and existing customers

Excellent communication (Verbal and Written), Phone etiquettes and Meeting Facilitation.

Proven track record in Inside Sales, with demonstrated skills in sales pipeline progression, using CRM systems

Provide quotation, Regular follow up for every lead and updating in CRM

Engage with them in understanding their requirement,

Negotiation and closing of deal

Payment follow-up

Enthusiasm to learn new sales skills and technologies.

Strong influencing and persuasion skills.

Strong zeal to overachieve targets & revenue goals.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
