**Job description**
- Research specified accounts and territories to build the leads funnel; make cold calls to find contacts and qualify them.
- Generating and qualifying new prospects for Sales and/or create new opportunities for business growth.
- Making outbound telephone calls for evaluating prospective new customers/attend inbound calls from prospects.
- Nurturing existing prospects to the point of conversion for the Sales team and hence conversion to a qualified opportunity.
- Building and maintaining strong professional relations with existing customers through regular CRM activities.
- Maintaining a documented pipeline of calls and lead generation activities.

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong prospecting and persuasion skills, ability to gain technical understanding of the products.
- Should have an inherent motivation for Sales & Marketing.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively without constant supervision.
- Ability to work with all levels of professionals within a business including Board Executives, Directors, Business Managers, IT Managers and Solution Architechs.

**Desired Skills**:

- Strong customer service attitude and analytical, problem-solving skills
- Accredited inside sales manager (AISM) and Certified inside sales professional (CISP) accreditations are advantageous
- Proven experience of at least 3 years working as an Inside Sales Executive
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) and Zoho CRM software as well as in Zoho Campaigns Manager.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
