Field Sales Executive

**Job Title: BDA - (Field Sales).**
- **Requirements**:_
- Visit Preschools on field and Maintain the sales MIS.
- **_Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status Required Experience.
- Must be highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines and targets.
- Should have previous field-sales experience where the job was closing the transaction & not just pre-sales.
- Proven marketing & sales track record.
- Strong negotiation & interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in field work & marketing.
- **Roles & Responsibilities**:_
- Getting sales using various Customer Sales Methods
- Forecasting sales in pipelines, Developing out of the box sales strategies.
- Market our various services to Pre-Schools.
- Prior exposure in Marketing & Sales who can get us clients for the above-mentioned programs by launching aggressive Marketing & Sales strategies which are result oriented and having a _**“Go to Market strategy maker.”**_
- **Other Specification**:_
- Must have a two-wheeler and willing to travel 75% of the work responsibility.
- 1-3 years of field sales / sales experience.
- Willing to work 6 days a week.
- Should have a go getter attitude and target oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
