- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to extend and develop the Company's customer and service asset base
- Work with the local operations teams to qualify leads, assist in developing opportunities, and assist in acquiring new customers and business
- Develop professional relationships with new & existing customers and vendors
- Ensure business negotiations are undertaken professionally to protect the Company's interests.
- Provide value added solution to seller for ISPs, FMs, and direct customers, as well as provide support to regional branches to achieve regional KPIs
- Build and cultivate friendly working relationships with local operations team, in recognising potential and working to achieve individual goals leading to increased sales, service and customer satisfaction
- Use and develop skills to improve business opportunities and ensure continued sales growth
- Work with regional service teams and other department team members to ensure new business opportunities are identified, qualified, and followed through to maximise profits and achieve organisational goals, through all business verticals
- Gather appropriate, useful market intelligence affecting company products and marketing strategies
