Our Client is exporter and manufacturer of water pumps we manufacture in excess of 3000 variants of water pumps that include but are not limited to centrifugal pumps, vertical as well as horizontal open-well submersible motors, submersible pumps, industrial pumps, etc

**Position: Business Development Executive**

**Location**:South Karnataka

**Gender**:Male

**Age**:25 - 30 Years

**Qualification**:Any Graduate/ Diploma / MBA in Marketing or Sales.

**Experience**:2 To 3 Years in pump with distribution channel at Taluka / Rural level.
- Expand network in district
- Develop new Distributors and dealers.
- Responsible for timely Collection in territory.
- Providing annual marketing plan with monthly breakup and submitting all the required reports to the Manager.
- Execute key promotional campaigns to enable achievement of objectives and measure its effectiveness
- Implement strategy for the assigned distributor network.
- Ability to draw customer engagement plans

**Skill**:

- Capable of implementing company’s vision and mission
- Product presentation & persuasion skill,
- Passionate for market research & business development activities and aggression for sales,
- Liaison and networking skills,
- Ability to gather competitors information,
- Compassion for extensively travelling and meeting people

**Languages Known**:Fluent in Local language, Local Language, Hindi and English
