**Description**:
We are looking for an Executive Assistant who will provide executive and administrative support to the CEO. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for the CEO, with excellent communication skills (English and Hindi), a solid understanding of job requirements The Executive Assistant will also serve as a liaison to the Board of Directors and senior management team, and will assist in maintaining external relations.

**Key responsibilities and KPIs**

1) Assists the CEO with day-to-day administrative duties and complete broad variety of administrative tasks that include,
- Schedule meetings and manage calendar. This includes calling or writing, following up, confirming, getting ready all the materials for the meeting, setting up the venue.
- Compose and prepare correspondence, letters, reports, documents and maintain presentations, spreadsheets, and databases for correspondence.
- Receive and make telephone calls for the CEO. Keep track of information or issues that get generated.
- Maintain and keep updated all the files and records (physical as well as electronic) including program, policy, staff matters, strategic issues, and minutes of meetings in CEO office
- Coordinate all programmatic and logistic arrangements for Travel (national and international), Prepare itineraries, and arrange accommodations for stay, make hotel bookings, Visa arrangement and coordinating with the host institution(s) etc.
- Compile documents and prepare materials required for external meetings, prepare minutes of the meetings, reports & presentations and follow-up on documents

2) Communicates with the Jan Sahas team on behalf of the CEO and coordinate with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally of the Jan Sahas ecosystem.

3) Coordinate board meetings, conferences, events (internal and external) and maintains confidential files, and contact information

4) Engage with various stakeholders and be the liaison for the CEO’s work with the Board of Directors and other important activities
