Job Title: Field Executive
Job Summary:
A Field Executive is responsible for managing and executing on-ground tasks, representing the company in external settings, and supporting various departments (sales, marketing, operations, etc.) in their field-based activities. They are expected to build and maintain relationships with clients or customers, collect field data, resolve issues, and ensure that services or products are delivered effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:
Act as the first point of contact for customers and clients in the field.
Attend to customer queries and provide on-site assistance, support, or consultation as needed.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
Sales Support:
Assist with the promotion and sale of products or services.
Conduct field visits to potential clients or partners to gather leads, promote services, and close deals.
Track and report sales performance, including sales volume, new clients, and customer feedback.
Market Research:
Gather market intelligence, customer preferences, and competitor analysis from the field.
Report on trends and observations in the local market to assist in improving company strategies.
Identify new business opportunities in the field.
Data Collection and Reporting:
Collect data or feedback from field operations, customers, or surveys.
Maintain detailed reports on field activities, performance, and client communications.
Report daily, weekly, or monthly progress and results to senior management.
Product/Service Delivery:
Oversee the delivery and installation of products, ensuring proper quality control.
Handle returns, exchanges, or product issues as they arise.
Ensure products or services are delivered in compliance with company standards and timelines.
Problem Resolution:
Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Troubleshoot operational or technical problems in the field, escalating when necessary.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards while performing field duties.
Maintain accurate records of field activities, customer interactions, and sales.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, customer service, operations) to ensure smooth execution of field tasks.
Provide feedback to the management team regarding field-based operations and customer concerns.
Language Requirements:
English: Proficiency in spoken and written English for communication with management, report preparation, and interaction with clients or customers.
Hindi: Fluency in spoken and written Hindi to engage with clients and customers in regions where Hindi is commonly spoken, especially in formal and informal business interactions.
Marathi: Proficiency in Marathi is essential for effective communication with local clients and customers, especially in Maharashtra and surrounding areas.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma, bachelor’s degree (in business, marketing, or related field is a plus).
Experience: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or field operations is beneficial.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Customer-Focused: Ability to build relationships and handle customer inquiries effectively.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and provide solutions in real-time.
Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple field visits.
Technical Knowledge: (Optional, depending on the industry) Understanding of specific product or service technologies.
Work Environment:
Primarily field-based, requiring regular travel.
May include work outdoors or in different geographical areas.
May require flexibility in working hours depending on client schedules or project requirements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
