Field Executive

**Description**
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Executive to join our team in the Medical Devices industry. As a Field Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of field operations, ensuring the successful execution of sales and marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the medical devices market and industry trends.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and ensuring their satisfaction through regular communication and support. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers in the medical devices industry.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage a portfolio of clients and provide high-quality customer service and support
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the medical devices industry
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure the successful execution of initiatives
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations to clients and key stakeholders
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in the medical devices industry, preferably in a sales or business development role
- Strong knowledge of medical devices market trends and industry regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed
**Salary**: ₹9,361.39 - ₹45,360.83 per month
