Job Description: Field Sales Executive

Position Overview:
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating revenue by actively promoting and selling the company's products or services in the field. This role involves building strong relationships with potential clients, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Acquisition**:

- Prospect and identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present the company's products or services.
- **Sales Presentations**:

- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the client's requirements.
- Highlight the unique selling points and benefits of the company's offerings.
- **Negotiation and Closing**:

- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close sales deals and secure contracts.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- **Market Intelligence**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the sales team on market developments and customer needs.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals closed.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and progress toward targets.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate on sales strategies, promotional activities, and product improvements.
- **Adaptability**:

- Adapt to changes in the market and customer preferences.
- Continuously update product knowledge to effectively address client inquiries.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field sales or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of the industry and products/services being sold.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
