**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales within assigned territories or accounts.
- **Client Relations**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or inquiries promptly.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about the latest trends, products, and innovations in the garments industry to effectively present and sell our offerings.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Use this information to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients and prospects.
- **Order Management**: Manage the sales process from order placement to delivery. Ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment of orders.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and customer feedback. Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 5-6 years of experience in a sales role within the garments or fashion industry.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Customer Focus**: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and deliver outstanding customer service.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with sales analytics tools is a plus.
