**Job description**

1. Compliances under provision of Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, FEMA and other statutory laws applicable to the business.

3. Conducting meetings of sub-committee, board of directors, shareholders’; documenting and circulating minutes of the same

4. Liaising with board of directors, secretarial auditors, statutory auditors, ROC, regulators, external advisers, such as lawyers and auditors during fund raise processes etc.

5. Will be responsible for developing and overseeing the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements.

6. Advising on good governance practices and compliance of Corporate Governance norms as prescribed under various Corporate, Securities and Other Business Laws and regulations and guidelines for unlisted public companies and listed entities

7. Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action.

8. Experience in dealing with cross border group entities would be an added advantage.

**Skills Required**:
a. be a qualified Company Secretary with 8-10 years of post-qualification experience (excluding articleship/internship)

c. Good communication skills - both written and verbal

2. Ability to manage times of high workload successfully; works effectively under time pressure and meets timelines.

3. Strong networking and interpersonal skills especially with ROC and RBI
