CRM Executive

Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of CRM systems to optimize real estate operations.
2. Update and maintain accurate client information, property details, and transaction data in the CRM database.
3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM processes into daily activities.
4. Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into client interactions, sales performance, and other key metrics.
5. Assist in training team members on CRM best practices and troubleshoot any issues as they arise.
6. Monitor and enhance data quality within the CRM system, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
7. Provide administrative support to the real estate team, including document preparation and client communication.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.
3. Familiarity with popular CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and understanding of CRM principles.
4. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
8. Knowledge of real estate processes and terminology is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
