**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Jewellery/Diamonds
**Location**: Back Office, Ashth Headquarters - BKC

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Management**:
- Handle and nurture relationships with private clients, ensuring a personalized and high-quality service experience.
- Respond to inquiries and follow up with leads generated through social media, telephone, and website channels.
- Maintain and update a personal database of clients, tracking interactions, preferences, and sales history.
**Sales and Marketing**:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable product options.
- Provide detailed product information, including design specifications, diamond quality, and customization options.
- Utilize social media and other digital platforms to generate and convert leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
**Product Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on Ashth’s product lines, new collections, and industry trends.
- Educate clients about the benefits and features of lab-grown diamonds and Ashth’s unique offerings.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
**Administrative Tasks**:
- Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to fulfill client orders.
- Generate sales reports and provide insights on client preferences and sales trends.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the jewellery or diamond industry.
- Strong understanding of luxury jewellery and lab-grown diamonds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and maintaining client databases.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Passion for luxury brands and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
