Infort Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and results driven Business

Development Executive to join our growing team. As a Business Development Executive,

you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue

growth through effective lead conversion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct a minimum of 50 cold calls per day to generate new business leads.
- Enter and manage data in the Helix CRM system.
- Provide online demos of our software products to potential clients.
- Manage client calls and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing

clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
- Generate calling data and manage it efficiently. Initial calling data will be provided.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of motivation and a results driven approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, specifically Helix CRM.
- Own a laptop and a reliable internet connection.

Training and Support:

- 5 days of training will be provided.
- Marketing material, sales script, and office mobile number will be provided.
- Access to an office phone for making calls.

Incentives:
In addition to the basic pay, incentives will be provided at ₹1,000 per successful client

conversion.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
