**Position Overview**:
The Customer Support Executive plays a vital role in ensuring positive Patient's experiences by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely assistance. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a Patient-centric approach.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, promotions, and company policies to customers.
- Resolve Patient issues and complaints effectively and efficiently, escalating complex issues to higher levels of support when necessary.
- Keep detailed records of Patient interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in the Hospital's ERP system.
- Follow up with patient's to ensure their inquiries or issues have been addressed satisfactorily and to gather feedback on their experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and logistics, to coordinate Patient support efforts and achieve timely resolutions.
- Stay informed about Service updates, service changes, and Hospital announcements to provide accurate and up-to-date information to patients.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest strategies to enhance the overall customer support experience.
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs), performance metrics, and quality standards to meet or exceed Patient satisfaction goals.
**Qualifications**:
- Applicable for any graduate (B.Sc, B.Com, or M.Sc)
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and creatively to address Patient's concerns.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with patient's, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and taking Feedbacks.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer support.
