Job Title: Technical Support Executive
Location: Hyderabad
**Salary**: Up to ₹5.5 LPA
**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic Technical Support Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in technical or customer support. You will be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our products/services.
Assist customers with account inquiries, product setup, and configuration.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in technical support or customer support roles.
Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Familiarity with [specific software or tools] is a plus.
