Sales Executive

**Role Description**
Young, energetic, able to handle a team, resourceful, makes things happen even in the most stressful situations, willing to work till the job is done, a people person, smart dresser, a good listener, leadership abilities, good command of English, figure out best practices and current trends, meticulous, cannot be shy, be firm at ensuring clients deliver what they have promised, and the team, obsessed with attention to detail, a micromanager, or a perfectionist and passionate about videos and video production.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Bengaluru.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, preparing sales reports and presentations, and meeting sales targets.
They will also collaborate with the creative team to develop proposals and pitch ideas to clients.
List all the GCCs and IT companies in Bangalore and then other cities, create and manage databases of marketing communication folk in these GCCs, and work on an outreach program that includes social media, LinkedIn, calling, etc in order to get sales
**Qualifications**
Proven experience in sales and business development
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in the branding and marketing industry or related field
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
Ability to work collaboratively with the creative team to develop proposals and pitch ideas to clients
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a passion for sales
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
