Tender Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Identification and Analysis**:

- Monitor various tender portals and sources for new tender opportunities.
- Analyze tender documents to understand the requirements, specifications, and conditions.
- **Tender Preparation**:

- Coordinate with various departments (technical, legal, finance, etc.) to gather necessary information and documents.
- Prepare detailed and compliant tender submissions, ensuring all required documentation is included and up-to-date.
- Develop and maintain templates and tools to streamline the tender preparation process.
- **Costing and Estimation**:

- Collaborate with the finance team to prepare accurate cost estimates and pricing strategies.
- Ensure that all costings are competitive while maintaining profitability.
- **Proposal Writing**:

- Draft, edit, and proofread technical and commercial proposals.
- Ensure all proposals are tailored to meet the specific requirements of each tender.
- **Compliance and Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure all tender submissions comply with company policies and industry standards.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality in all submissions.
- **Communication and Liaison**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding tender queries and clarifications.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors, to gather necessary information and negotiate terms.
- **Post-Tender Activities**:

- Follow up on submitted tenders to obtain feedback and results.
- Analyze outcomes of tender submissions to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain records of all submitted tenders and their outcomes for future reference.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Identify potential new business opportunities and make recommendations to the management team.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A specialization in Fire and Safety is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 6 Month -5 years of experience in tendering, preferably within the fire and safety industry.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of the fire and safety industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel as required for tender meetings and site visits.
- Professional certifications related to tender management or fire and safety are an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
