Develop new business and long-term account opportunities through prospecting using various lead generation methods. - Demonstrate strong presentation and demo skills while managing the end-to-end sales cycle. - Travel to customer sites and trade shows to promote the company's products and services. - Establish strong customer relationships by providing accurate and timely information regarding inquiries related to product features, pricing, quotes, and other concerns. - Complete RFPs and prepare commercial proposals. - Follow up on submissions, negotiate terms, and close business deals. - Stay informed about organizational growth initiatives, market trends, and target customer segments to understand how the company can meet client needs. - Oversee, maintain, and upgrade existing accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction. - Present products and services that align with the prospect's needs. - Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in the CRM, and perform data quality checks routinely. - Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets for pipeline funnel building and new account acquisition. **Skills and Competencies**: - 2-5 years of sales experience in the B2B segment, with a proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. - Experience in the software domain, preferably with a focus on cloud-based platforms and the SaaS model. - Background in the HR and payroll domain is a plus. - Thorough understanding of software product sales. - Highly effective at initiating high-level contacts within accounts and possess strong presentation skills to close sales. - Ability to generate leads and build business in a wide-open market.InsertRetryShorten it
