Logistics Coordinator

**Job Summary**
As a Logistics Coordinator for organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily logistics and administrative tasks. You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of products, and handling various administrative duties to support the efficient functioning of the outlet.
- Age: In between 35 - 45 years
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and schedule the delivery of products to customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and deliveries.
- Communicate with delivery drivers and ensure they have the necessary information and documentation for their routes.
- Resolve any delivery-related issues or discrepancies with customers and suppliers.
- Optimize delivery routes to minimize time and costs.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure that orders are prepared on time.
- Perform regular quality checks on bakery products before dispatch.
- Monitor and maintain the condition and cleanliness of delivery vehicles.
- Manage the daily administrative operations of our organization
- Assist in creating and updating product price lists, menus, and promotional materials.
- Help with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and general office maintenance.
**Qualifications**:
- Degree or Diploma in logistics Management
- Proven experience in logistics and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
**Additional Requirements**:
- A valid driver's license may be required for the Logistics Coordinator position.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as we often have peak business during these times.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
