**Job Title: Corporate Liaison**

**Experience: 5-10 years**

**Location: Navi Mumbai**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Stakeholder Relationship Management**: Build and maintain relationships with internal departments, external partners, clients, suppliers, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, requests, and feedback.
- **Communication Facilitation**: Facilitate communication between different departments or teams within the organization to ensure alignment of goals, projects, and initiatives. Relay information effectively and ensure clarity and understanding among all parties involved.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables. Facilitate meetings, track progress, and address any issues or bottlenecks that may arise to ensure timely completion of projects.
- **Policy and Procedure Compliance**: Ensure that all activities and initiatives adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Provide guidance and support to teams to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- **Conflict Resolution**: Act as a mediator in resolving conflicts or disputes that may arise between different departments or stakeholders. Facilitate discussions, negotiate solutions, and promote collaboration to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- **Information Sharing**: Share relevant information, updates, and best practices with internal teams and external stakeholders to foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Disseminate important announcements, policies, and procedures as necessary.
- **Market Research and Analysis**: Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
- **Event Coordination**: Organize and coordinate corporate events, conferences, and meetings involving internal and external stakeholders. Ensure all logístical arrangements are in place and that the events run smoothly.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications or training in project management, conflict resolution, or stakeholder engagement may be beneficial.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or business environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Corporate liaision: 5 years (preferred)
