Advertising Sales Executive

**osition Overview**:
As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, reaching out to key decision-makers, and setting up meetings for the sales team. Your primary focus will be selling our digital marketing services to businesses looking to improve their online presence and drive revenue through effective digital campaigns.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Qualifying Leads**: Understand the needs of potential clients, qualify their interest, and determine if they are a good fit for our services.
- **Setting Appointments**: Schedule discovery calls or meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM and track the sales pipeline.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and target market needs to better tailor outreach efforts.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective handoff of qualified leads.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline development, and conversion metrics.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to connect with prospects, build relationships, and move conversations forward.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, etc.).
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
