**Job description**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **CRM Strategy Development**:Develop and implement CRM strategies that align with the company’s objectives. Focus on enhancing customer acquisition, retention, and overall satisfaction.
- **Customer Data Management**:Maintain and manage the customer database, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security. Utilise data analytics to gain insights into customer behaviour and preferences.
- **Customer Segmentation**:Segment the customer base to create tailored marketing strategies. Develop personalised communication plans for different customer segments to improve engagement.
- **Customer Feedback**:Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Use insights to enhance the customer experience and develop new CRM strategies.
- **Compliance and Data Privacy**:Ensure that all CRM activities comply with data protection regulations and internal policies. Maintain the confidentiality and security of customer information.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:0-1 year of experience in CRM, marketing, or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project leads simultaneously.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
