Summary

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Guest Relations Executive is responsible for greeting & welcoming the guest in a friendly and professional manner when they arrive, escorting the guest to the room. They are accountable for addressing and escalating guest complaints, providing guest information about hotel facilities, programs, and other services, and doing show rounds.

**Qualifications**:
Ideally with a relevant university degree or diploma in Hotel Management. Minimum 1 to 2 years work experience as Guest Relations Executive in larger operation. Should be excellent in communications, positive approaches, good problem solving, administrative, interpersonal skills are a must.
