**Supervising and monitoring Service Centre transactions and Operations in order to enhance the value of existing portfolio**

**Job Responsibilities(JR) : 6 - 8 Areas**

**Actionable (4-6)**

**Supervisory responsibility**
- **Supervise & monitor Personal Banker & Customer Care Executive**
- **Service Centre administration**
- **Lobby Management**
- **Ensure quality customer service is delivered**
- **Resolution of customer queries/complaints**
- **Customer service to ensure walk in customers issues**
- **Monitor Staff productivity and give guidance on improving the same in conjunction with the Service Centre Head**
- **Service Centre Operations and Audit Compliance**

**Transactional responsibility**
- **Authorize Personal Banker transactions**
- **Cost Management and staff productivity**
- **Responsible for Cash and Customer transactions at the Teller counters**
- **Supervising all Non-Cash transactions**
- **Penetration of Saving Accounts**
- **Reconciliation and maintenance of suspense accounts register as per the required format**

**Sales**
- **Service Centre Merchandising**
- **Generate business, cross sell and monitor cross sales of Personal Bankers & Customer Care Executive**
- **Generate leads for Cross Sale**
- **Ensure that all tellers are adequately trained on the Products of the bank.**
